Betty Grullon is a Project and Proposal Manager and Senior Software Developer with more than 20 years of experience supporting government contracting, technical program execution, and full software lifecycle operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a master’s in Management Information Systems, and has led complex IT and engineering initiatives across the Department of Defense and major federal programs. Betty’s background blends technical depth, disciplined project management, and hands-on problem-solving that keeps projects on track and mission-focused.

Alongside her technical career, Betty is the founder of Betty Nova, a personal-development and training brand dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through mindset work, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and wellness programs. Through retreats, workshops, and coaching experiences, Betty helps people elevate performance, overcome limiting beliefs, and align with their purpose. Her work in Betty Nova brings a human-centered leadership perspective that strengthens how APC Scientific approaches training, communication, and organizational growth.
